Today all the woman's are having power full weapon against there husbands. If the husband is sadist and harassing his wife then OK. wife can use this weapon. If the husband is second part of the coin he is not harassing his wife he is a very innocent then it is not fair to the wife using this weapon called 498 u/s Indian penal Code.
Today in our prisons 70% case are u/s 498. As per survey 80% accused are innocent. They are harassed by there wife and Mother-In-Law. And that too these 80% cases are filed by full fledged educated woman's.
See they are not harassing there husband they are harassing her total In-Law family.
After some time these woman's will know the truth but at time all the door and ways will be closed my her mother and there relatives.
